At Trinity Health Oakland, we support and help residents navigate their career paths from orientation through graduation day. 1:1 meetings with our Associate Program Director allow residents to customize their three year schedule to ensure they build the skills most relevant to their future practice. Our diverse network of Fellows, Private Practice and Academic Faculty Physicians help residents make important connections and secure competitive positions in a variety of settings.
Through our collaborative approach to high quality and relevant scholarly activity, networking with peers at National Conferences and individualized support of each resident's fellowship application throughout the recruitment process, we have successfully matched residents in Fellowships.
Our Hands-on training and with its foundation of progressive resident autonomy ensures residents feel prepared to start careers in Solo, Group or Academic practice both in and outside the hospital.
